    Touching, smelling, and tasting all these wild herbs and spices becomes a celebration of the senses and a dialogue with the land.

    This unique cooking experience invites you to slow down, connect with nature and yourself, and embrace the art of cooking with intention and presence while learning how to use wild herbs and spices for healing and cooking.

    Maria Krina, a passionate chef with over 20 years of experience, a Mindful Eating and 4D Dream Coach, wellness consultant, and energy healer, will gently introduce you to this process, which will help you create an attitude towards food that honors life.

    She will offer you an unprecedented experience that combines taste, smell, and feeling, creating a balance of pleasure and health through food, naturally and effortlessly. You will cook under her guidance a vegetarian menu based on traditional recipes that is a feast for the palate and the heart.
